The building is very clean and is secure. The apartment is very small with enough room for a bed and television. You do have your own private entrance to the apartment and your own full bathroom. It has a small fridge and microwave. Heat and electric are included with your monthly rent payment. . Lease terms can be flexible but we prefer 12 month lease. The unit is available now.
