Hi there! We are looking for 1 more roommate to share our beautiful, large 4-bedroom home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Colwood. Looking for students or working professionals. The room is for single occupancy only.
The house is just a 5-7 minute drive from Westshore Town Center and all the essentials. Royal Roads University is only 8 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike or about 30 minutes by bus - with a bus stop just a 3 minute walk from the house.
About the house:
- 1 spacious and welcoming room available, with a large closet - fully furnished with a double-sized bed. The room will also have also have a dresser, end table, lamp, desk and chair for studying.
- 3 bathroom house - you will share a bathroom
- Common areas: spacious living and dining areas, plus a deck and a backyard.
- Laundry: a separate laundry room
- Storage: Access to large storage spaces
- Parking: Parking is available if you have a car
- Wifi: Fiber optic internet - we have super fast WIFI!
- Can be either a short or long-term roommate
Note: We'd prefer roomies who don't have any cat allergies and who are friendly (or tolerant) of a kitty! There are no animals living at the house, and there won't be any living here full-time (just maybe a very occasional visit)
Rent & Move-In Details:
- Rent: $1,100 per month + shared utilities
- Move-in available immediately or anywhere from September 1st, September 15th, or October 1st/15th (negotiable for alternative dates is possible - if the ad is still up, we want to hear from you!) Also open to students who will be coming in August/end of August for the new school semester.
